Funding Events/volunteering

When the hoped for planning consent has been granted there will be a need, at local level, to raise money. A broad degree of community support will strengthen our bid when applying to the major funding bodies If you have ideas for funding events or are willing to assist please contact us.

Canopy Erectors

There will eventually need to be a team of people prepared to take turns to erect and dismantle the canopy.

Is is hoped that enough people will volunteer so that this does not become an onerous task but more of a community event in its own right with a pint in the pub afterwards! Contact us

Pledge Your Support

It is hoped to raise donations mainly through a system of promises. In this manner, if for any reason the project fails no one will lose money. You will only be called upon to physically part with money once the match funding has been secured from the larger funders.
